This is Nina's Postcards Chapter (Updated August 17th) Nina has been eMailing progress reports from CyberCafes whenever time and cash allowed, as they followed her father's route of exactly 50 years ago. They are Back home now, 50 years on the dot! Well done both! They're back where they started outside Nina's house in Turnchapel Nina's map's beyond the help of sellotape! The 1953 itinerary ( Map "borrowed" from the news item on BBCDevon page) This is the route that Roy and Gordon took in 1953; Nina and Simon followed it as closely as possible. Simon ended up with only one of his gears actually working and a spoke about to ping through the wheel rim.
